1. Service Description

SRT Factory provides automated subtitle extraction services for video files. We convert spoken dialogue and on-screen text into industry-standard SRT subtitle files.

2. Acceptable Use

By using our service, you confirm that:

• You own or have the legal right to process the video content you upload
• The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• You will not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content

3. Pricing and Payment

• Tier 1: £25 for videos up to 60 minutes
• Tier 2: £40 for videos 60-120 minutes
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe
• All prices are in British Pounds (GBP)
• For videos longer than 120 minutes, please contact us for a quote

4. Delivery

• We aim to deliver within 3 hours of payment
• Download links are sent to the email address provided
• Download links remain active for 7 days

5. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 24 hours of delivery if:

• The output quality is demonstrably unusable
• We fail to deliver within the promised timeframe
• Technical issues on our end prevent successful processing

6. Quality Disclaimer

While we strive for high accuracy, automated subtitle extraction cannot guarantee 100% perfection. Results may vary based on:

• Audio quality of the source video
• Background noise and music
• Speaker accents and clarity
• Technical quality of the video file

We recommend reviewing and proofreading all subtitles before final use.

7. Data Handling

• Uploaded videos are automatically deleted after 7 days
• We do not share your files with third parties

8. Limitation of Liability

SRT Factory's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
